Southeast Supply Chemical Injection Quills are used to inject chemicals fed from a metering pump into a pipeline without damage to the pipe side wall at the point of injection. Chemical injection quills ensure that chemicals are injected into the center of the pipeline, which prevents channeling of the chemical down the pipe wall. The body and quill length are both fabricated from PVC, Kynar or 316SS.

All quills come with a spring loaded ball check valve to prevent reverse flow of the injected chemical. Spring material is Hastelloy-C and ball checks are ceramic or 316SS. Injection quills with insertion lengths of 4” and 6” are available from stock. Special order lengths are available upon request. All injection quills come with 1/2” MNPT connections.
